This is the third year that the Technology Transfer Office partners with The Federation of Internationale des Conseils en Propriete Industrielle (FICIP) to run the South East Asian Drafting (SEAD) training course on patent drafting at the Hong Kong Cyberport. Like last year, we have enlisted the support of Innovation and Technology Commission and that of Intellectual Property Department as principal sponsors.

The first segment of the course was held from April 14-18, 2012. It was attended by 17 participants from Hong Kong, England, Philippines, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan and Thailand. They will return in November to attend the third and the final segment.
